Upon arrival, we got a twin/double room with a spacious balcony, and the staff here is fantastic and friendly in every situation.

Can just recommend this place and would consider staying here again. The hotel was lovely and amazing, it met every demand, I really enjoyed its marvellous location not far from adorable shops and the cable car and great restaurant. The staff were lovely and great, everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Garni Villa Park, which is exceptionally comfortable and impressive. the twin/double room had a nice bed, central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. the location is fantastic, close to various restaurants, cafes, and the city center.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the stay. The location is very welcoming and the staff is willing to help with every request. It is the perfect place for a ski-like break as you can easily walk to the ski lifts and the ski-bus stop. Additionally, the hotel's location is superb for many hikes into the Dolomites, taking the funicular, or exploring downtown Ortisei for restaurants and sightseeing. The service is outstanding and the staff is friendly. Basic amenities are provided and the rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious. The breakfast is excellent with homemade cakes, healthy options, fresh juices, and a breathtaking view from the breakfast room.

I had an exceptional stay at a lovely place in the Dolomites! The room had a beautiful view of the mountains, and the breakfast was amazing with homemade cakes and fresh juices. The swimming pool/spa and free bus tickets were a fantastic bonus. The staff were kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

We recently had a romantic escape at a cozy and quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the majestic mountains. The newly decorated rustic style rooms were clean, comfortable, and had stunning views from the balcony. The breakfast assortment was delicious, especially the fresh cheese and cakes. A key feature of the hotel was the friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable and accommodating. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore nearby shops, restaurants, and cable cars.

While the hotel offered an overall excellent experience, a couple of downsides were the uncomfortable mattresses and stiff towels. the absence of some amenities highlighted the hotel's three-star rating, which detracted slightly from an otherwise four-star level experience.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely delightful, with cozy wooden furniture and beautiful alpine accents. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate around. I especially appreciated the accessible ramps and elevators, ensuring that I could move around the hotel with ease.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of older guests. A little more patience and understanding would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered a great breakfast, and the staff was helpful and polite. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to the ski lifts and bus stops. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including free bus cards for the area.

The hotel did not provide any dish detergent in the kitchen, which was disappointing. the laundry guest facilities were not conveyed to us, and we missed out on using them.
